My approach to life is about being in touch with nature and the nature within.
Each day we wake blessed. Blessed to have the opportunity to try again. There is choice in how we go about out daily life. It is the practice that creates mastery. This is our journey.
In my studies it is continually proven that we cycle through our purpose gathering new skills and creating a beautiful new perspective to our life’s work. Understanding your new purpose in each stage in your life is important, however trusting in the natural flow of your creative being is even more important. We don’t need to know what our future holds for us only that we continue to move forward in our path, to push through the challenges that whisper to us.
It is in human nature that we want to know. Knowing too much can cause resistance and a desire to reorganize, renegotiate and judge how to get to our future self. It is with daily disciples and sacred practice that we are empowered to get through each day filled with challenges that are meant to boost us to our highest self. If we resist, we cause karma and inevitably our soul finds another way around because we by nature truly want to evolve.
My mission is to help you get to where you need to in the smoothest way possible.
As a young girl my family recognized my gifts and was able to encourage my interests with books, art, and opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. It was in my early 20’s that I found my dear friend Crystal who was the catalyst for me coming into my personal power and later would lead me to my purpose. In life we find ourselves in pivotal moments that expand our horizons. When I met Crystal and even the following years I had no idea how my gifts would play into the life I was meant to live. It was a another pivotal moment when my sister Samantha said to me as I was giving her a facial for fun “why don’t you go to school for this and do what you love?!” It was a genius thought, why hadn’t I thought of that! I was in search of a science based school which I found in Utah, as well as several other schools that interested me. However, it was a local school that drew me in; and it just so happened to be a Naturopathic Ayurvedic Aesthetic school. The irony!
As I look back there were so many important moments that molded my life. One of my most favorite memories is spending time at SRF. My father worked on the grounds and we had a family tradition to play there the evening of Halloween. There, were Snoopy and friends performed a fabulously spooky skit, and Raggedy Anne and Andy would dance on a raised theater, and or the finale I got to see fairies blow bubbles, and meet the fairy princess who would pass out candy. As a child this became a fun family memory, but as an adult I see the unfolding of my dharma in full circle; with Ayurveda and Yoga practice in present daily life. I have so many more memories I will share with you that have brought me through and to my purpose. Follow my blog for more!
It took me a long time to feel in my power of being raw and able to share my experiences with the world. I learned at an early age to be careful about what I could share, and about what I could see, hear, sense, and even the things I can do with energy. I am ready to share how I got here and how I can help you find your way. I have so much to share!
My first business was created over ten years ago; Spa Of The Earth. A holistic spa offering Reiki, Ayurveda, and Oncology trained skincare. As my services evolved and my desire to work with others grew into what’s now known as Ayurbella Wellness Center which includes a yoga studio for community classes. Also known as “The Healing Center for Healers.”
